Julia Gehrke (M.A.), doctoral student at the Chair of professor Kießling, will be awarded the Hugo-Preuß-Prize by the "Forschungsstelle Weimarer Republik und des Weimarer Republik e.V." for her master's thesis "Die geistige Zusammenarbeit im Völkerbund und die Gründung der Deutschen Kommission für geistige Zusammenarbeit" ("Intellectual Cooperation in the League of Nations and the Foundation of the German Commission for Intellectual Cooperation").
The award ceremony will take place on February 23, 2023 as part of the conference "Ansätze, Methoden und Forschungsfelder einer interdisziplinären Demokratiegeschichte" ("Approaches, Methods and Research Fields of an Interdisciplinary History of Democracy") in Weimar.
