This website also contains the online registration form for students who have been nominated by their home university. Application deadlines are: 

 

  • May 15 for the winter semester (october-february)
  • December 1 for the summer semester (april-august)

 

After submitting the completed online form, a print-out of the form has to be signed by your ERASMUS co-ordinator and be sent to the appropriate departmental ERASMUS co-ordinator at the University of Bonn (see below for contact details). Please do not send this form to the International Office! You will find the application form and further information on the application process here.

 

Departmental ERASMUS Co-ordinators

 

The departmental ERASMUS co-ordinators are in charge of the academic aspects of the exchange. They help you prepare your curriculum and will issue your transcript of records.

The departmental co-ordinator helps you with the following questions:

 

After your nomination you send a print-out of the online application form signed by the ERASMUS co-ordinator of your home university to the departmental co-ordinator. After that you will receive information on the courses offered at the Institute of History from the departmental co-ordinator. The "Kommentierte Vorlesungsverzeichnis" (basis) will give you an initial overview of the courses offered. The KVV for the winter semester usually appears in July, the KVV for the summer semester in February.

After your arrival you should contact your departmental co-ordinator in order to finalise your curriculum and to receive a registration form which you need to be enrolled at the university. You will find further information on the enrolment process here.

Towards the end of your stay in Bonn the departmental co-ordinator will issue a transcript of records which certifies your study results.
